Michael Lustig & Associates, Inc. Architects began in 1977. We have completed projects in Chicago and its suburbs, Sun Valley,San Francisco, Tulsa, Los Angeles, Anchorage, Miami, Paolo Alto, and Milan.

Michael Lustig is President of Michael Lustig and Associates, Inc. Architects. He began his architectural practice in 1976 in Chicago after attending Ohio State University, Cornell University, and the University of Illinois where he received a Master of Architecture degree in 1974. He was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and was editor of the Chicago Architectural Journal. His work has included residences, banks, television studios, restaurants, office spaces, industrial buildings, and the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His projects have been awarded several AIA design awards and have been exhibited at the Chicago Art Institute, the Museum of Science and Industry, and at several museums, galleries, and universities in the U.S. and Europe. He was the American Institute of Architects/Chicago recipient of the Young Architect Award in 1988. His work has been published in several books and architectural journals including 150 Years of Chicago Architecture, Progressive Architecture, Abitare, L’Architecture D’Aujourd’hui, Chicago Architecture Annual, and Ottagano.
